0cm;margin-bottom: 0cm;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Aptos, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: Verdana\">Partner with Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering leadership to Master&#8217;s degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) with an extensive background in analog and mixed-signal IC development<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0cm;margin-right: 0cm;margin-bottom: 0cm;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Aptos, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: Verdana\">Previous experience leading, mentoring, and developing engineering teams in a semiconductor environment<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0cm;margin-right: 0cm;margin-bottom: 0cm;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Aptos, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: Verdana\">Broad understanding of the complete IC development lifecycle, including design, verification, layout, packaging, test, product engineering, and quality<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0cm;margin-right: 0cm;margin-bottom: 0cm;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Aptos, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: Verdana\">Proven ability to influence and collaborate across
