A global leader in test and measurement solutions is looking for a Field Application Engineer \/ Business Development Manager to drive growth and deliver technical excellence across Central and Eastern Europe and the DACH region.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">This is a high-impact, customer-facing role where you will act as the technical authority for a cutting-edge RF &amp; Microwave portfolio, working at the intersection of engineering, sales, and market strategy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">You can be remote in Austria, Switzerland, Germany, Romania, Poland or the Czech Republic&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\"><strong>The role<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">You will play a pivotal role in supporting customers and partners throughout the full sales cycle, while helping shape future product direction through direct market insight.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Key responsibilities include:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Leading pre-sales and post-sales technical activities, including product demonstrations, evaluations, and customer training<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Supporting customers with complex technical challenges, system configuration, and application optimisation (both on-site and remotely)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Building long-term, trusted relationships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Acting as the voice of the market, feeding back insights to global product teams to influence roadmap development<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and through technical content such as presentations and white papers<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\"><strong>Your profile<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">You bring a strong blend of technical depth and customer-facing capability, with a passion for RF technologies and real-world applications.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Degree in Electronics, RF Engineering, or a related field<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Strong hands-on experience with RF &amp; Microwave test and measurement equipment, particularly VNAs, signal analysers, and signal generators<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">5+ years\u2019 experience in R&amp;D, production test, or a similar technical environment<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Experience working with distributors or channel partners is advantageous<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Fluent in English; German language skills are highly desirable<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage both technical and commercial audiences<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Customer-focused mindset with the ability to translate technical capability into business value<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Willingness to travel approximately 50% across CEE and the DACH region<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">If you&#8217;re interested in this or other sales positions across Europe, please contact Jack Bird at IC Resources.<\/span><\/p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Are you ready to combine deep technical expertise with commercial impact in the RF and Microwave space?
