Based at their R+D Centre in Delft the Senior Communications Systems Engineer \u2013 PHY Layer DSP will be responsible for the design and development of next generation advanced communication systems at PHY layer focusing on bandwidth, latency and power efficiency.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt;line-height: 107%;font-size: 11pt;font-family: Aptos, sans-serif\">The Senior Communications Systems Engineer \u2013 PHY Layer DSP will also be responsible for developing innovative DSP algorithms to address systems level problems and for analysing emerging standard requirements (BLE, LTE LoRa, WiFi etc.).<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt;line-height: 107%;font-size: 11pt;font-family: Aptos, sans-serif\">You will be an experienced Senior Communications Systems Engineer with a deep knowledge of DSP algorithm development, PHY layer components (modulation \/ demodulation, filtering, channel estimation etc.) and strong Matlab \/C++ programming skills.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt;line-height: 107%;font-size: 11pt;font-family: Aptos, sans-serif\">You will have a solid track record of working at PHY \/ MAC layer relating to some of the following: BLE, NB-IoT, LTE, WiFi, LoRa, IEEE 802.11 preferably coupled with some exposure to working with RTL and fixed-point calculations.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 8pt;line-height: 107%;font-size: 11pt;font-family: Aptos, sans-serif\">Any knowledge of FPGA \/ ASIC implementation in a communication systems environment would be a plus.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;line-height: 107%;font-family: Aptos, sans-serif\">The successful candidate will find themselves in a very positive work environment with on-going career and personal development opportunities. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;line-height: 107%;font-family: Aptos, sans-serif\">You will also find a generous base salary, an attractive bonus and flexible working where needed. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;line-height: 107%;font-family: Aptos, sans-serif\">For further information, or to apply, contact Adrian Wagstaff on +44 1189 840948 or email your CV. <\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Senior Communications Systems Engineer \u2013 PHY Layer DSP is sought by this leader in emerging wireless \/ IoT communications.
