Their products combine custom silicon, RF engineering, embedded software and complex hardware platforms to deliver high-performance solutions deployed in real-world transport, defence and industrial environments. As the business continues to grow, they&#8217;re looking for an experienced Project Manager to coordinate multidisciplinary development programmes and ensure projects are delivered successfully.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">As the Project Manager, you&#8217;ll work closely with engineering, operations, manufacturing and commercial teams, taking ownership of delivery across the full product development lifecycle.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Responsibilities include<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Managing complex hardware and software development programmes from feasibility through to production<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Coordinating multidisciplinary teams across RF, embedded software, firmware, PCB and mechanical design<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Managing project schedules, budgets, resources, risks and dependencies<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Working closely with operations and manufacturing to support NPI and production transfer<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers and external partners<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Providing clear project reporting and ensuring delivery remains aligned with business objectives<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">What you&#8217;ll bring<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Experience managing complex engineering projects within hardware-focused environments<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Strong understanding of multidisciplinary product development involving RF systems, PCB design, embedded software and firmware<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Experience managing projects through the complete product development lifecycle, including manufacturing readiness<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Knowledge of structured stage-gate development alongside Agile software delivery<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Experience within wireless communications, telecommunications, defence or advanced electronics would be highly advantageous<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">This is an opportunity to work on products that are already making a real-world impact while helping shape the next generation of wireless communications.
