This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly innovative, international organisation at the forefront of connectivity, supporting some of the most advanced applications in cloud infrastructure, high-speed networking, and next-generation data environments.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">In this role, you will take ownership of strategic customer relationships, driving growth across a portfolio of key accounts within the data centre ecosystem. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer applications in depth and positioning a broad, high-performance product portfolio to meet evolving technical and commercial needs. Alongside building long-term partnerships, you will develop and execute account plans, manage a strong sales pipeline, and contribute valuable market intelligence to shape regional strategy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Key responsibilities:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Develop and expand relationships with key customers in the data centre and high-speed connectivity space<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and target accounts<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Translate customer application requirements into tailored technical solutions<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Build and maintain a robust pipeline aligned with growth targets<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Deliver strategic account plans to drive sustainable, profitable growth<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Provide insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Requirements:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Degree in Engineering or a related technical field<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Proven experience within the electronics industry, ideally with exposure to data centre, networking, or high-speed interconnect solutions<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Strong commercial acumen with a track record of managing and growing key accounts<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Fluent in English and German<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Desirable:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce and ERP systems such as SAP<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Additional European language skills<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">If you have experience in selling interconnect products and you&#8217;re interested in working with one of the biggest names in the industry, please apply to learn more!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">If you&#8217;re interested in this, or other Sales opportunities across the DACH region, please contact Jack Bird at IC Resources<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;m partnered with a global leader in electronic interconnect solutions to appoint a driven and commercially minded Key Account Manager focused on the Data Centre market.
