{"id":195186,"date":"2026-08-11T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2026-08-10T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ic-resources.com\/jobs\/ate-test-engineer-498976\/"},"modified":"2026-08-12T18:06:39","modified_gmt":"2026-08-12T17:06:39","slug":"ate-test-engineer-498976","status":"publish","type":"jobs","link":"https:\/\/ic-resources.com\/en\/jobs\/ate-test-engineer-498976\/","title":{"rendered":"ATE Test Engineer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">We\u2019re looking for a talented engineer to join our client\u2019s Test Engineering team and play a key role in developing and supporting test solutions for wafer sort and final test.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">This role is central to both the manufacturing organisation and R&amp;D activities, giving you the opportunity to directly influence product quality, production efficiency, and future product development.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">What you\u2019ll do<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Develop, debug, validate, release, and maintain ATE test programs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Define production test strategies, limits, guard bands, and screening methodologies<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Analyse test data to improve test coverage, test time, and production yield<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Support NPI, including characterization, qualification, and silicon validation<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Work closely with IC Design, Applications, Product, and Manufacturing Engineering teams<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Contribute to DFT (Design-for-Test) activities during product development<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Investigate and resolve production and yield issues through root-cause analysis<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">What we\u2019re looking for<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Physics, or a related discipline<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Hands-on experience with Advantest and\/or Teradyne testers<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">ATE programming experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Strong understanding of semiconductor characterization and production test methodologies<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional international team<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Strong communication skills in English<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Apply now or get in touch with Gemma to find out more.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We\u2019re looking for a talented engineer to join our client\u2019s Test Engineering team and play a key role in developing and supporting test solutions for wafer sort and final test.
