You\u2019ll work on complex silicon projects while having the opportunity to take ownership of technical areas and contribute to the wider development process.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">This Senior\/Staff Digital Design Engineer opportunity would suit someone who wants to remain technically hands-on while taking on broader responsibility across architecture, methodology and project delivery.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">For the right Senior\/Staff Digital Design Engineer, there is scope to have a meaningful influence on both the technology and the way projects are developed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">You should have:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Strong experience in digital IC\/ASIC design and verification<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Good understanding of digital architecture and RTL development<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Hands-on experience with VHDL and\/or Verilog and SystemVerilog\/UVM<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Understanding of the wider ASIC flow, including synthesis, physical implementation and timing<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Experience working with mixed-signal or chip-level designs would be beneficial<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Strong analytical, problem-solving and debugging skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Experience with&nbsp;CMOS image sensors is highly desirable&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively across international, multidisciplinary teams<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Fluent English<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">For more information on this role or others then please contact Jordan Browne at IC Resources.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A client developing advanced CMOS imaging technology and is looking for a Senior\/Staff Digital Design Engineer to join their growing engineering organisation.
