This Customer Support Engineer role will support customers across product integration, troubleshooting, and application development. The Customer Support Engineer will work closely with customers, distributors, and internal engineering teams to ensure successful product implementation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Responsibilities<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Provide technical support to customers across a range of power switching and control products<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Assist customers with product selection, integration, and performance optimisation<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Investigate technical issues and support root cause analysis activities<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Work closely with design, quality, and manufacturing teams to resolve customer challenges<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Deliver technical presentations, product training, and application guidance<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Support new product introductions and customer qualification activities<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Requirements<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Experience in customer support, applications engineering, field engineering, or electronics design<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Understanding of power electronics, switching technologies, industrial controls, or electromechanical systems<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with customers<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Fluent English required; additional European languages would be beneficial<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">If you\u2019re interested in the position of Customer Support Engineer, please apply or contact Chris Moffatt for more details<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Customer Support Engineer Location: Paris, France Customer Support Engineer required for a global engineering company developing advanced power switching and electrical control technologies.
