The Lead Hardware Engineer will provide technical leadership across hardware design activities while supporting the growth of the engineering team. The Lead Hardware Engineer will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality products.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Responsibilities<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Lead hardware development projects from requirements through release<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Design analogue and digital electronic circuits<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Develop schematics and support PCB design and review activities<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Guide hardware engineers through design, testing and troubleshooting<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Perform design reviews and provide technical direction<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Support board bring-up, verification and product qualification<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Work closely with software, mechanical and systems engineers<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Support manufacturing, NPI and product improvement activities<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Requirements<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Degree in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Strong experience in electronic hardware design<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Good understanding of analogue and digital electronics<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Experience developing products through the full development lifecycle<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Ability to lead technical projects and mentor engineers<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Hands-on experience with lab testing and debugging<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Strong communication and problem-solving skills<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Desirable<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Experience with high-speed digital design<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Knowledge of embedded systems or FPGA-based products<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Exposure to regulated or high-reliability industries<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Experience supporting manufacturing and production teams<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">If you\u2019re interested in the position of Lead Hardware Engineer, please apply or contact Chris Moffatt for more details.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lead Hardware EngineerSpain This Lead Hardware Engineer role focuses on the development of advanced electronic products from concept through production.
