They are now searching for a Manufacturing Engineer to provide manufacturing\/industrial engineering expertise, using capacity modelling, data analysis and continuous improvement techniques to optimise&nbsp;WIP flow, cycle time, equipment utilisation, throughput and delivery performance.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: &#039;\u2022 &#039;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Maintain and improve the&nbsp;fab capacity model, ensuring data accuracy and supporting equipment and staffing decisions<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Analyse&nbsp;WIP, equipment availability, throughput and operational data to identify improvement opportunities<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Perform capacity, cost and \u201cwhat-if\u201d analyses to support business and operational decisions<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Identify and resolve issues affecting cycle time, production flow and delivery performance<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Assess capacity requirements resulting from changes in product mix, process flows and business demand<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Work with Engineering, Operations, Automation and Tool Owners to assess the impact of process and equipment changes<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Conduct time studies and data analysis to evaluate process and throughput improvements<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Support the introduction of new processes, methods and production flows<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Estimate manufacturing costs, establish time standards and recommend tooling\/process requirements<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Drive continuous improvement using Lean\/Six Sigma and structured problem-solving methods<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Experience &amp;
