The role focuses on RF and Analog IC analysis, silicon characterisation and debugging, working across both pre-silicon and post-silicon development.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Responsibilities<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Analyse and characterise RF and Analog blocks from simulation through to silicon<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Support chip bring up, laboratory testing and silicon debugging<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Investigate RF and Analog performance issues and identify root causes<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Define test methods, performance parameters and evaluation strategies<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Work with design engineers to identify issues and implement improvements<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Support DFT requirements and RF\/Analog driver definition<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Analyse characterisation data and establish key datasheet parameters<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Develop automation for testing, debugging and data analysis<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Document technical findings and communicate results across engineering teams<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Requirements<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">3+ years of RF or Analog IC, system design or semiconductor experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Strong understanding of RF and Analog architectures and circuit building blocks<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Experience with silicon characterisation, validation or chip bring up<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Hands on experience with RF measurement equipment and laboratory testing<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Experience debugging complex IC performance issues<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Familiarity with Cadence Virtuoso<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Experience with Python, LabVIEW or similar tools for automation and data analysis<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Strong analytical and problem solving skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Bachelor&#8217;s or Master&#8217;s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related subject<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">This Senior RF Analog Characterisation Engineer position offers the opportunity to work on complex RF and Analog silicon, with responsibility spanning simulation, laboratory evaluation, debugging and performance analysis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">For more information, please contact Parm Shergill.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I am recruiting for a Senior Analog RF IC Characterisation Engineer to join my client\u2019s engineering team in Athens, Greece.
