The position is based in Athens, Greece.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">The Technical Team Lead will provide technical direction to an experienced engineering team of around 10 to 15 engineers, working closely with the founders on technical strategy and delivery.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\"><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Lead the technical direction of the RFIC engineering team<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Oversee technical quality and project delivery<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Review and challenge technical decisions<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Support engineers with complex technical issues<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Improve engineering processes and standards<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Mentor engineers and support team development<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Help with recruitment and future team growth<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Contribute to key RFIC and mmWave design discussions<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\"><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Strong commercial RFIC design experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Solid RF and analog IC knowledge<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Previous engineering leadership experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Experience managing or mentoring technical teams<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Strong technical judgement and communication skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">mmWave experience is highly desirable<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Get in touch with Parm Shergill for more information.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I am recruiting for a Technical Team Lead role with my client, a growing semiconductor company specialising in RFIC and mmWave technology.
