Their systems keep some of the world&#8217;s most advanced chip fabs running, and their service teams work on site with major chipmakers every day. They are part of a large international engineering group with a strong reputation for quality, safety and long-term investment in its people.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">This is a senior leadership role running the semiconductor service business across EMEA. You will own the regional P&amp;L and lead a team of around 180 people across nine countries. The business has grown strongly and has a clear plan to keep growing over the next three years.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">You will also lead real change. The business is moving towards outcomes-based contracts, where customers pay for performance and uptime rather than engineer hours and parts. You will also drive the adoption of new digital tools so decisions are led by data. You will sit on the EMEA senior leadership team and report to the regional General Manager.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\"><strong>What you will be doing<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Owning full P&amp;L and working capital accountability for semiconductor service across EMEA<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Setting and delivering regional commercial and operational service strategy<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Developing new service contract models with sales, product and applications teams<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Supporting commercial negotiations with key accounts and building senior customer relationships<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Making sure field and on-site service teams have the capability and capacity to deliver, safely and cost-effectively<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Reporting business performance to divisional leadership through regular business reviews<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Leading and developing an experienced team of service and operations managers<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Building a diverse, inclusive and engaged team, with clear career paths and succession plans<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Acting as a visible role model for health, safety and quality in high-risk customer environments<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\"><strong>What you will bring<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">An engineering degree, or equivalent management experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Around 10 years in an advanced technology environment, including 5+ years in senior management across multiple countries<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Experience across the operational, technical and commercial sides of an equipment manufacturing and semiconductor business<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">A strong commercial track record, including customer negotiations<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Proven experience leading teams and managing change<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Confidence working in a matrix organisation and influencing at all levels<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">An analytical, solution-focused approach to problems and risk<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 would be an advantage<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Excellent written and spoken English.
