At least 3 days a week in the office would be required with this role.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Aptos, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: Verdana\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Aptos, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: Verdana\">Here the Principal RFIC Design Engineer will be the central point of expertise within a team working on future generation RFIC products for 5G wireless applications. The role will involve taking technical ownership of key RFIC circuits and sub-systems, working across the full design lifecycle from specification and architecture through to design, verification and production. The role offers significant breadth and scope to influence, together with horizonal career paths to leadership or management in future. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Aptos, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: Verdana\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Aptos, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: Verdana\">Key requirements include:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Aptos, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: Verdana\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin-top: 0cm;margin-bottom: 0cm\" type=\"disc\">\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0cm;margin-right: 0cm;margin-bottom: 0cm;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Aptos, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: Verdana\">A Master\u2019s or PhD degree within a relevant Engineering field<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0cm;margin-right: 0cm;margin-bottom: 0cm;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Aptos, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: Verdana\">At least ten years\u2019 experience within RF IC development <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0cm;margin-right: 0cm;margin-bottom: 0cm;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Aptos, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: Verdana\">A proven track record working on highly integrated RF transceivers, ideally related to wireless communication systems <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0cm;margin-right: 0cm;margin-bottom: 0cm;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Aptos, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: Verdana\">An excellent team attitude, and ability to thrive in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0cm;margin-right: 0cm;margin-bottom: 0cm;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Aptos, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: Verdana\">An ability to work at least three days a week in the office <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Aptos, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: Verdana\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Aptos, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: Verdana\">You can expect competitive salary, plus annual bonus and RSU plan.
