They are looking to appoint an Account Manager to manage and grow key customer relationships across ZIP regions 3 &amp; 4 in Germany.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\"><strong>The role<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">As an Account Manager, you will take ownership of an established customer portfolio while developing new business opportunities across the territory. You\u2019ll work closely with engineering, procurement and senior stakeholders to understand customer requirements and introduce relevant technical solutions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\"><strong>Key areas of responsibility include:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Managing and developing existing customer accounts, with a focus on sustainable revenue growth.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Identifying and converting new business opportunities within the territory.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Building relationships across engineering, procurement and senior decision-makers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Developing account plans and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Supporting customers with connectors, cable assemblies and broader interconnect solutions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Working with internal technical, product and commercial teams and distribution partners.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Regular customer visits and business reviews to uncover new opportunities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Keeping informed on market developments, customer needs and competitor activity.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Supporting commercial negotiations and closing opportunities.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\"><strong>About you<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">The ideal Account Manager will have around 5+ years&#8217; experience in technical sales, account management or business development within electronics, components or a related technology environment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\"><strong>You&#8217;ll ideally bring:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">A proven track record of growing existing accounts and winning new business.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">The ability to understand technical requirements and communicate solutions commercially.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Experience managing complex sales cycles and multiple customer stakeholders.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">A commercially driven and proactive approach.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Fluency in German and English.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Willingness to travel extensively across the territory.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Experience selling connectors, electronic components, cable assemblies or interconnect solutions would be highly relevant, as would exposure to markets such as industrial automation, transportation, energy, datacom, medical or aerospace.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Interested?
