This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders, driving the development of cutting-edge solutions in the RFID domain. If you are passionate about system architecture and thrive in a dynamic, technology-driven environment, we encourage you to apply.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Technical Leads to define and refine detailed product requirements based on customer needs.<\/li>\n<li>Design robust and scalable system architectures aligned with defined requirements and customer use cases.<\/li>\n<li>Define and drive system integration and validation concepts and plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.<\/li>\n<li>Support product development teams throughout implementation and validation phases, ensuring high product quality and technical excellence.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a technical interface to key customers from product definition through production ramp-up, proactively addressing new requirements and complex system issues.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct in-depth technical investigations of competitor products to identify trends and opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Actively participate and influence standardization activities in the RFID and UHF domain (e.g., EPC standards).<\/li>\n<li>Engage and collaborate with global teams, contributing technical leadership across regions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualifications<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s, Master\u2019s, or PhD in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 15 years of relevant industry experience in integrated circuit design and a deep understanding of system architecture, including expertise in ultra-low power radio applications.<\/li>\n<li>Proven expertise in system architecture development for UHF RFID, wearables, or IoT devices.<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of wireless communication technologies and radio systems.<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of UHF measurement techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and engineering processes.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, abstraction, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of RFID technology.
