This role offers the chance to work on high-performance ASICs in a fast-growing, innovation-driven environment with a global team.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\"><strong>Key responsibilities<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Lead full-chip physical design tasks including synthesis, floorplanning, placement, routing, extraction, and verification<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Develop strategies for timing closure, clock-tree synthesis, and signal integrity<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Integrate IP blocks such as memories, I\/Os, embedded cores, and interconnects<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot design or tool-related challenges<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Contribute to automation and flow development using Python, Tcl, or Bash scripting<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\"><strong>Desired experience<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Extensive knowledge of ASIC physical design from RTL to GDSII<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Hands-on experience with EDA tools such as Innovus, Genus, Design Compiler, ICC2, Primetime, StarRC, Redhawk, or equivalents<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Expertise in clocking strategies, CTS, and top-level integration<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Strong scripting skills and experience improving design flows<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Excellent problem-solving abilities and debugging skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Fluent in English, both written and spoken<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\"><strong>Additional advantages<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Exposure to chip-package-board co-simulation and advanced packaging techniques<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Experience working with EDA vendors to resolve tool or methodology issues<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Knowledge of semiconductor device physics or multi-domain design considerations<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">This is a high-impact role where the Senior Physical Design Engineer will play a pivotal part in delivering next-generation AI and compute solutions with a world-class global team.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">For more information on this role or other Physical Design roles, please contact Jordan Browne at IC Resources.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A pioneering company in AI and semiconductor solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Physical Design Engineer to contribute to the development of advanced multi-core in-memory compute SoCs.
