2nd Line Support Engineer, global client, great opportunity As the 2nd Line Support Engineer you will work for a leading company based on-site at their clients office located in Dublin providing both local IT support as well as European coverage.

This is a great opportunity for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to work on a global scale for a company that will really value the individual and their career progression. The client will provide training, personal development with qualifications. You will provide a quality IT solution for their customers in Dublin and across Europe.

The client is looking to hire a 2nd Line Support Engineer who will be able to provide great support and customer experience.

-Responding to tickets in a timely manner

-Administration of Microsoft operating systems
