An Austria based start-up company that develops sensor products for AI is looking for an experienced AMS Verification Engineer to be responsible for AMS Verification of block-level; System-level and TOP level analog IC's based on specification. You will create and execute verification strategies on analog, mixed signal block level as well on subsystem and top level. You will be working with experienced, innovative designers in a team that is introducing novel products covering next generation AI based needs.

Your responsibilities will include the following:
  • Verification of block-level; System-level and TOP level analog circuits based on specification.
  • Suggest optimisation's to enhance functionality/test coverage, power and size of the overall design.
  • Contribute design reviews and part of the innovation team
  • Contribute or lead mixed mode verification as part of system and top level.
  • Developing models for analog block/system descriptions for mixed mode or digital verification.
As the successful AMS Verification Engineer you are University degree in Electronics Engineering and have:
  • University degree in Electronics Engineering + at least 5 years of experience in AMS Verification at block-level; System-level and TOP level
  • Strong experience with transistor level design of circuit blocks like amplifiers, regulators, oscillators, references and comparators.
  • Experience in sensor applications like Audio, Imaging or similar.
  • Experience in sensor interface blocks and block designs sensitive to few fF load.
  • Significant knowledge of semiconductor device physics, layout issues and the successful candidate is able to perform prototype probing and trouble-shooting, and has demonstrated the ability to bring products to market in a timely fashion.
