This is an opportunity for an Analog/Mixed-Signal Design Engineer to join an established team located in Paris with the opportunity to contribute to Analog IP development for next generation FPGAs using cutting edge submicron CMOS technologies.
In this role you will be responsible for the design and development of Analog/Mixed Signal circuits for high performance and low power applications and will be involved in specification and architectural development through to circuit design and layout to validation, testing and characterisation. You will perform spice simulations, circuit modelling and verification using Verilog-A and SystemVerilog.
Industry degree quailed the successful Analog IC Design Engineer will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience designing Analog building blocks within deep sub-micron CMOS processes (FD-SOI and/or FinFet)
Experience is required in the following:
- PLLs, High Speed Serial Links, ADC and DACs
- Circuit schematic and full-custom layout in Virtuoso
- Spice simulation (Eldo/Hspice)
- Verilog/VHDL modelling
- Familiarity with testing/measurement for silicon validation
Experience in DfT, DfM, silicon debug, failure analysis, knowledge of coding/scripting (Shell, Phyton) and an understanding of Power/Signal Integrity analysis is all beneficial.
