A growing Semiconductor start-up in the memory domain offering a permanent position to an Analog Mixed Signal IC Design to work on Analog Mixed Signal IC Design, simulation, layout, verification and characterization of circuit components of eNVM macros such as sense amplifiers, decoders, charge pumps, regulators, HV management, etc.
In your position you will also be responsible for PVT verification, parasitics extraction and silicon validation, layout floorplanning to DRC and LVS verification and support the design team in defining specifications and integrating the designed components into the overall system.
As the successful Analog IC designer you are industry degree qualified and have at least 5 years of experience in Analog Mixed Signal IC Design in CMOS technology in a Cadence environment as well as Spice simulator and Verilog-A.
