A multinational Semiconductor company in Spain developing products for high performance and reliability markets is looking for an Analog IC Designer for the IC Design team in Madrid.

 In your position as Analog IC Designer you will work in a multidisciplinary team developing ASICs and standard IC products for markets requiring radiation hard IC's such as automotive and space.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Chip architecture of Analog Mixed Signal IC's, Design and AMS Verification of Analog Mixed Signal IC's/IP blocks like high speed ADCs, DACs or transceivers from requirements to sign off including feasibility analysis and trade-offs.
  • Support to validation and test of the developed ICs or IP blocks.
  • Participation in the preparation of R&D proposals.
As the successful Analog Mixed Signal IC Designer you are industry degree qualified and have at least 3 years of experience in Analog Mixed Signal IC Design (ideally in high speed ADCs, DACs or transceivers) from an automotive or space application background in a Cadence environment and experience in smaller process nodes below 28nm and ideally AMS Verification. In addition you have experience in Matlab or any other high-level modeling language.
