Identify, prospect, and qualify potential customers
Drive and manage sales campaigns: Setting Success criteria for a sales campaign, closely work with the customer (engineers, group leaders, management) and our Application Engineering team to build and execute the operational plan and target for such campaign.
Share account strategy with the AE team and management team involved in customer engagement.
Perform initial qualification of opportunities, involving AEs as needed for supporting technical matters. Once the opportunities are qualified, then define, manage, and coordinate the sales engagement.
Provide crisp sales priorities to management
Maintain and develop customer relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers.
Enters all relevant data into CRM system to track and document sales progress at customers.
Maintain a forecast of projected sales
Experience Requirements / Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years experience in sales of software products (EDA preferred)
Experience with selling or supporting engineering software such as EDA, CAD, or PLM systems.
Good knowledge of the IC design market.
Motivated to find new customers and close deals
Successfully managed customer engagements to completion and customer satisfaction.
Excellent analytical skills & problem-solving skills, combined with the ability to provide a quick resolution to problems.
Must be customer service oriented and believe in teamwork, collaboration, adaptability, and Initiative.
Technical product expert able to develop & present sales proposals and system solutions and close complex technical sales.
Demonstrable success in thinking strategically, executing tactically while providing consistent and high levels of customer satisfaction and retention in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally (France, USA)
Fluent English, French would be a plus.
A technical degree such as BSEE, BSME, or BS in Computer Science is required
