Our client is a state of the art equipment company, and is currently searching for a Customer Support Engineer to be Milan, Italy based with 70% international travel.
The role will involve troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing complex electro optical and mechanical semiconductor equipment. Coordinating with customers to minimise downtime will be required, and the CSE will be required to interface with technical support.
Required skills for the Customer Equipment Engineer will include:
- Semiconductor equipment knowledge and experience
- Good practical skills on electronic, electrical, pneumatic, mechanical assembly
- Excellent analytical problem solving skills
- Bachelor’s Level Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
