Due to recent business success, my client is actively looking for a Customer Quality Engineer in Taiwan. 

Responsibility
  • Manage customer issues and resolution process (RMA coordinator)
  • Customer Quality support: Handle supplier evaluation sheets & customer questionnaires, social & environmental compliance
  • Review customer requirements prior contracting and suggest what needs to be implemented into Kandou’s QMS
  • Support Customer 8Ds, coordinate 8Ds, communication to customer and provide 8D methodology trainings to the organization
  • Customer audits: Organize internal activities prepare for/participate on customer audits and follow up on needed action items inside the organization
  • Support supplier audits in Asia (mainly Taiwan) and address non-conformance
  • Collaborating closely with all functions to gather information for customers
  • Reporting to Director of Quality regarding the performance of customer support processes, RMAs and opportunities for improvement
Experience
  • A minimum of 5 years on Customer Support & Quality for high volume customers in Asia (Taiwan, Japan) and USA
  • A minimum of 5 years of recent experience in the Semiconductor Industry
  • Deep knowledge of automotive tools and methodology is an advantage
  • Experience of continuous improvement and structured problem solving
  • Experience of failure modes for semiconductors - silicon & package
  • Experience in the application of appropriate failure analysis techniques to drive to root cause
  • Deep understanding of the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 management standard requirements and experience as internal / supplier auditor
