This is a fantastic opportunity for an experience Customer Quality Manager with a background in Automotive Electronics to join a global business in either the Netherlands or the UK. This position will report directly in to the Quality Director and will manage a small team of Quality Engineers working on a brand new product for the business.
As the Customer Quality Manager you will be responsible for implementing best practice across the company as well as taking full responsibility for the QMS system relating to the customers.
You will need to have previous experience leading a team, including; monitoring performance, resource planning and improving strategy across a team.
In addition to the leadership experience, you will need to have the following technical expertise
- Experience with IATF 16949 and or ISO 26262
- Proven experience managing PPAP, 8D, APQP and compliance documentation
- Must have experience completing quality audits.
