In search of a dynamic, customer focused, goal oriented individual with preferably distribution knowledge to join a leading electronics distributor in Lincolnshire.
As a customer service representative, your primary responsibility will include providing outstanding customer service to the company's increasing customer base as well as the sales team. Overview of role:
- Handle all customer queries professionally and an in a timely manner
- Process customer quotes accurately whilst ensuring all necessary checks are performed to prevent any delays at shipment
- Review and manage customer backlog
- Enter customer orders
- Process PCN's (Product Change Notification)
- Maintain customer portals
- Bright, energetic professional with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Must be self- driven with the desire to learn
- Proficient with Microsoft Office - knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is a must
- Degree qualified or minimum 2years experience in a similar role
