In search of a dynamic, customer focused, goal oriented individual with preferably distribution knowledge to join a leading electronics distributor in Lincolnshire. 

As a customer service representative, your primary responsibility will include providing outstanding customer service to the company's increasing customer base as well as the sales team.

Overview of role:
  • Handle all customer queries professionally and an in a timely manner
  • Process customer quotes accurately whilst ensuring all necessary checks are performed to prevent any delays at shipment
  • Review and manage customer backlog
  • Enter customer orders 
  • Process PCN's (Product Change Notification)
  • Maintain customer portals
Requirements:
  • Bright, energetic professional with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment 
  • Must be self- driven with the desire to learn 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office - knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is a must
  • Degree qualified or minimum 2years experience in a similar role
