Customer Service Representative - Milan
Customer Service Representative required for a global distributor of semiconductor components based in Milan.
Reporting into the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and supporting the outside sales teams. You will be responsible for customer orders from start to end, maintain monthly reports, and ensure customers' expectations are achieved.
This role will require you to have strong communication skills and be fluent in both Italian and English
Any experience or knowledge of electronic components would be advantageous as well as having previous sales/customer engagement experience. Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of sales or customer facing experience.
- Experience of electronic components would be beneficial, but not a must.
- Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organisational and time management skill
