Customer Technical Advocate - Telecommunications
I am currently working with a leading telecommunications company who are seeking a Technical Customer Advocate to join their team in Norway. You will be technically astute in core packet technologies and able to use a business mind-set for customers.
This is a home-based role where you will be supporting a key customer in Virtual EPC. Customer Technical Advocate Requirements:
- Norwegian resident who has been in the country 5 + years so that you can undergo Security Clearance at a Confidential Level.
- Relevant degree, or equivalent, in telecommunications or information technology.
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications, core packet and 3Gpp Standards.
- Good understanding of cloud concept.
- Fluent English speaker.
