IT Service Delivery Manager

To manage and own all service management activities using ITIL best practice processes as a framework through which to constantly improve the IT service delivery.

Job Role:

Working closely with the software delivery and quality assurance teams as well as other business stakeholders, you will lead and develop a small but focused internal service delivery team with particular focus on the areas as follows:
  • Ownership and management of all IT service delivery processes, including service desk management, incident management, service request management, problem management and change management.
  • Proactive management of the infrastructure
  • Ongoing communications with stakeholders
  • Owning and driving continuous service improvement plans
  • Incident data analysis
  • Develop the skills and knowledge of the service delivery
  • Review, agree and communicate service level agreements (SLA’s) with business stakeholders, internal delivery teams and external service partners.
  • Contribute to and oversee management of the service catalogue.
Ideally you will have:
  • Experience within the 3PL, supply chain, warehousing or transport industry (ideal)
  • Previous experience in business facing IT roles, delivering IT service management associated to mainly in-house developed systems. 
  • Good all-round knowledge of technology infrastructure, in particular knowledge of Microsoft O365, MS SQL and AWS.  
  • Excellent working knowledge of driving ITIL best practice framework
