An opportunity has arisen for a Junior or Graduate Analog IC Design Engineer to join a successful multinational company based in Cambridge UK.
You will be joining a world class team contributing to the design, implementation and verification of Analog blocks and subsystems for audio based applications including; ear buds, headphones and Bluetooth speakers.
- Planning and executing the development of the blocks
- Delivering fully verified blocks
- Solving complex problems in a tightly constrained environment
- Building up to becoming a technical expert in the design of Analog sub-cells
The successful Analog IC Design Engineer will be industry degree qualified (MSc or PhD) with and understanding of Analog IC Design ideally with Low frequency and low power designs. Knowledge in ADCs/DACs and/or Power Management (PMIC), designing amplifiers and bandgap references is required. Experience in Analog IC Design and verification techniques is essential as well as Cadence and Mentor tools knowledge.
You will need the ability to coordinate with different groups and be able to define the requirements so excellent written and spoken English communication skills are essential.
