An exciting new vacancy for a Junior Power Electronics Engineer has become available to work on the design and development of complete systems from concept through to production.
You will be tasked with the design of DC-AC and DC-DC converters / inverters used in a range of industrial applications. Other tasks include:
- Conduct development of detailed designs.
- Perform simulations.
- Identify technical risks.
The Junior Power Electronics Engineer will have a relevant degree in electronics or electrical engineering and will have good knowledge in the below:
- Knowledge of power electronics rectification and converter topologies.
- Magnetics design.
- Understanding of EMC.
- Simulation in Matlab / Simulink and P-Spice.
