RSM (Regional Sales Manager) working from home office.
One of the world largest cellular and GNSS module manufactures are currently undergoing a rapid growth in Europe and to support this success we are looking for additional enthusiastic sales individuals, located in the UK.
The right candidate needs to be very a self-going and self-motivating salesperson working from home office. The right individual will join a highly motivated and dynamic team of skilled sales people located throughout Europe and with a strong support from the company’s Head Quarter located in Shanghai China.
The essence of the job is to sell the companies modules and solutions directly to strategic accounts as well as via the network of well established distribution partners.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Full time job
- Cover region--- UK & Ireland
- Present and sell company products and services to existing and new customers
- Prospect and contact potential new customers
- Engage with local telecom operators (MNO’s and MVNO’s)
- Ensure customers are kept updated of latest products and developments
- Expected to travel 30-50% of the time mainly in the region
- Participating in meetings, and trade shows as required
- Provide pre-sales product support to channel partners
- Ensure optimum mind share among distribution sales people
- Conduct product training sessions for channel partners & customers
- Reach agreed sales targets and objectives by the deadline
- Define strategic actions to grow the business
- Good understanding of wireless cellular modules
- Degree in Electronics - or Computer Engineering Preferred, but, not mandatory
- 5-10 Years of sales experience from the wireless industry with Cellular/m2m/IoT, and/or embedded products
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline, sense of urgency and detail-oriented
- Extrovert with a strong Self-Discipline
- Ability to relate to design engineers across various applications
- Good presentation skills and able to communicate technical concepts in simple terms
- Time management skills: ability to manage multiple projects and activities in parallel
- Experience working for a Wireless Communications Module Supplier is preferred
