A Global Components company are currently seeking a dynamic and agile leader for their Danish office to continue and strengthen the success story of the electronic components distribution business in Denmark. The person selected for this role will manage offices in Herlev and in Silkeborg and support the sales team in adopting new go-to-market approach. The role will be ideal for challenge-driven and creative manager who is an expert in managing change and supporting employees through it.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:
  • Re-brand the business whilst maintaining market share and leader position in the market
  • Lead the team from the front; take ownership and support employees as well as business objectives
  • Support and adopt new go-to-market and manage team through this change effectively
  • Take full accountability for all sales KPIs for Denmark
  • Partner with other regional managers and leaders to share ideas and adopt solutions in the most effective way
WHO YOU ARE:
  • Regional or country level leader or manager with proven experience of managing teams of 20+ people effectively
  • Fast learner, able to adopt your style and approach to a new working environment
  • Challenge-driven; not afraid to take responsibility and operate successfully in a highly competitive and dynamic market
  • Dynamic and agile, able to change approach and test new ways to do things to achieve the best possible outcome
  • Good at prioritisation and multitasking
  • Experience in electronic components’ distribution or wider electronics market preferred
