We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Director in Munich or South Germany to join a great Company manufacturing a wide range of RF, passive and electromechanical components, for the automotive, military, industrial and telecommunication markets.
The Sales Director Europe will assume responsibility for an established and successful Sales Team in Europe.
The Executive Sales Director will be responsible for setting up and driving the business strategy in Europe and will report directly to the Global Sales VP. Requirements:
- Masters degree or Engineering qualifications
- 2 years experience at Director or in a sales management function
- Good Channel partner network and experience managing the Channel is required
- Good IoT, Power, electromechanical, Semiconductors components background
- Highly organized, self-motivated
- Great coaching and motivation skills are essential for this position.
- Able to identify and drive revenue growth by identifying new markets, trends and customers
- Willing to travel across Europe, Asia and the US as required.
