A new opportunity has arisen for an AMS Verification Engineer to join a fast growing start-up company working in the area of Very High Speed Analog IC Design for Data Centre applications.
Working within a dedicated and experienced team of Analog IC Design Engineers, you will support the development of Very High Speed (10+ Gb/s) transistor level Design. in this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of Analog and Mixed Signal functional IC verification including writing behavioural models, building test benches and preparing AMS Verification for design projects.
Industry qualified, the successful AMS Verification Engineer will have a minimum of 5 years within a similar position or within Analog IC Design. You will have an excellent understanding of the Cadence design environment as well as simulation tools such as System Verilog, Verilog-AMS, Verilog-A, HSPICE, AFS, SPECTRE and deep experience in scripting languages such as PERL, TCL or Python. Experience in developing behavioural models is ideal. A basic understanding of Analog IC Design for high speed applications would be beneficial.
You will work well within a diverse team as well as being able to show initiative and a strong attention to detail.
