This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Analog IC Designer with a strong technical background in power management (regulators, DC/DC converters, chargers) and excellent communication skills to work with a dynamic team focused on innovation. In this role your responsibilities will include:
- System analysis and specification for Analog and power management IPs and sub systems (e.g. buck, boost converters, chargers, regulators, LDOs, low Iq design)
- Design and simulation of transistor level CMOS Analog and power management circuits meeting performance, area, power and timescale constraints
- Ownership of complex block design, providing technical leadership to develop state of art Analog IPs
- Specification of test strategy, and test case descriptions for IPs
Masters or PhD degree qualified the Senior/Principal Analog IC Design Engineer will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant industrial experience in Analog IC Design in CMOS for power management circuits meeting performance, area, power and timescale constraints. Strong knowledge in design tools (e.g. Cadence tools such as Virtuoso and Spectre) is required. You will be able to work well either independently or as part of a team and will hold excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with a passion for developing innovative circuits.
Desired skills include; Technical leadership and/or mentoring of design team or junior designers, publications in Solid-State Circuit conferences, or journal of Solid-State Circuits and/or Chip level verification (mixed mode verification).
