I am working with an exclusive client who is looking to add a Software Customer Executive with a strong technical understanding within Software Engineering, to work as the Customer Liaison to high end executive client across Europe. Within this role you may need to travel on site to meet clients and assist on the integration, sales or run demos across Europe and this may include overnight stays. My client have a unique product in which during Covid has excelled within the market and is enhancing customer experience safely, due to this, they are looking for someone to come on board as soon as possible and looking to pay up to £60,000 D.O.E plus company benefits. 

Within this position as the Software Customer Executive you can expect to work on a variety of tasks and multi functional teams. Within this position you will be expected to assist the sales team meeting global organisation and as the technical head, you will explain the product within meetings to various board members and run demos. Further to this you can expect to go to client sites and then assist in the integration to engineering teams and into production. For this you will need to be a fast thinker and able to think creatively to better explain or integrate the software, you should have strong and clear presentation skills and confident on execution. Due to the complexities of the product you will need a strong background in Software Engineering; C#, C++ or Unity is needed, you will need to be able to create and run automated tests and use of JavaScript it key.
