Support Engineer, Global client, Cambridge! As the Support Engineer you will be working with a Media company based in Cambridge. They provide secure management and distribution solutions for a variety of industries.
The client is looking to hire a Support Engineer on a permanent basis that will be able to provide great support to the client’s customers as well as providing internal support. You will have fantastic troubleshooting skills and a good understanding of IT infrastructure and take full ownership of tickets until completion. You will also be expected to work to cover the New York business service desk working on New York business hours. You will be able to do this remotely.
