The ideal candidate should have a degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent and previous experience as Technical Sales Engineer within the business segments of Building Automation or HVAC.

In particular the role requires:
  • At least 5 years of experience, matured in well-organised and strongly market-oriented company/companies, operating in Building Automation or HVAC business
  • Sound technical background and specific experience selling components for HVAC systems and/or selling into the Building Automation and monitoring.  
  • Successful sales record of gaining specifications with HVAC products or controls
  • Knowledge and experience of carrying out presentations of HVAC products to consultants, specifiers, system integrators, decisions makers, general contractors in building automation market
  • Knowledge of distributors in the HVAC products market
  • Excellent ability to analyse and evaluate commercial opportunities and sound experience of dealing with customers  
  • Entrepreneurial attitude, desire of professional growth together with the company’s development and passion for his own work, communicational and organisational skills,
  • Available to work and organise the job in autonomy from home, office and fully availability to travel across UK
You will be responsible for expanding & building up a business through gaining new customers and accounts acroos the whole of the UK

Responsibilities:
  • Scouting new business opportunities within the given territory and introducing new key customers, through in-deep market, competitors, and customers analysis
  • Development and manage the relationships with customers, through a high service level and the best care to the relationship  
  • Carry out Promotions & Presentations of the company’s product range to various Customer groups, including Consulting Engineers, Specifiers, Contractors with a view to getting products into their specifications
  • Gain knowledge of and track major Projects & trends across the region
  • Development and manage the Technical Support network
  • Participation in shows & exhibitions with full support to the organization
