The successful Support Manager will provide expert technical support and insight throughout the product lifecycle, and installation phase. They will work closely with clients and be responsible for fixing issues and monitoring performance for the end-user. The role will require some occasion traveling both aboard and within the UK. What’s Required?
For this Technical Support Manager role, we’re interested in people form a variety background, but your experience must include some of the following:
- Experience within a field service position
- Technical support, and a proven track record of resolving issues
- Experience working within a regulated industry
- An understanding of mechanical, electronic and optical systems
