A major electronic distributor is looking for an experienced Account Manager who is based within the Midlands. This is a field based role which will require regular trips to customer locations within the local area.

Requirements:

* Great communicator, Social intelligence, winning mentality.

* Previous experience in Account Management.

* Sales experience in the Electronic board or component space

* Background in Electronics and/or Distribution.

 

Responsibilities:

* Identifying and converting a pipeline of new business opportunities in line with expected timescales and growth targets.

* Identifying key competitor account opportunities and formulate plans to deliver and convert significant wins, ensuring maximum profitability from right product and services mix.

* Responsible for managing new agreement roll-outs, marketing plans and mobilisation support activity to rapidly convert the business opportunity with support of Marketing and the quote and technical functions.

 

This role is an opportunity to represent a major distributor and you will play a key role collaborating with local engineers and customers in order to increase sales and strength accounts
