Acoustic Researcher

This Acoustic Researcher vacancy is based in Bristol, UK with my client; a world leader bringing together the magic of real-life with virtual reality… the possibilities are endless! As an Acoustic Researcher, one of your primary responsibilities would be in developing novel measurement techniques, characterising and optimising boundary-pushing technology. My client can offer a base salary and stock options, a highly motivated working environment and the opportunity to work on class-leading technology.


Please note to be suitable for this position you must have a degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or similar and then have at least 4+ years in industry as an Acoustic Engineer / Acoustic Research Engineer / Acoustic Research and have experience in;



  • designing and running relevant experiments in a lab

  • transducers, for example, piezoelectric and electrostatic designs

  • FEM ( Finite Element Modelling ) ideally COMSOL
