Analog Design Engineer - Precision ADC
A market leading Semiconductor company in looking for an experienced Analog IC Design Engineer to join their team in Munich in the development of precision Analog Mixed Signal IC's including ADC's, DAC's, precision amplifiers, voltage references, signal conditioning IC's with focus on Sigma-Delta ADC and high voltage applications.
As Analog IC Design Engineer you will work with in a small team of and owning your design from definition through to release and manufacturing, develop innovative topologies and drive all design activities on the block, sub-system and/or IC top-level from transistors to macro-models. Yu will guide and closely work with physical designers on the IC layout. During the pre-PG phase you will share ownership of design verification to ensure completion of all technical tasks before PG. You will work with systems engineers, application engineers and marketing to prepare product briefs, datasheets, application notes and assisting in the definition of the product to meet customer needs as well as collaborate with validation, product engineering and test engineering teams to enable successful transfer to production.
As the successful Analog IC Designer you are at least masters qualified and have 3 years of experience in Analog IC Design post degree with demonstrated track record of successful completion of IC development cycle in particular very good knowledge and skills in the chip level design ((Cadence/Spice) and VerilogA, VerilogAMS, SystemVerilog and Matlab) and architecture of ADCs, DACs and amplifiers with a good understanding of control systems, signal processing theory and noise/distortion in signal chain design.
