Analog/Mixed Signal IC Design – Technical Lead

A new opportunity has arisen for a Analog IC Design Engineer to join a successful company working on low power ICs for consumer, automotive and industrial applications.

Situated in a scenic and highly desired part of Europe, you would be joining an established and cohesive team and will work closely with the group technical lead and manager to lead the Analog/Mixed Signal IC design activity in collaboration with the project manager.

Working closely with the unit management and a team of experienced Analog/Mixed Signal IC Designers as well as Hardware, Software and Test engineers, your main responsibilities will be:

• Define, architect and write ASIC specifications


• Perform feasibility studies and convert customer requirements into design specs


• Partition designs, manage designers and allocate assignments


• Conduct design review of Analog and Digital blocks


• Documentation of designs


• Proactively manage relationships with clients


• Perform risk management on projects

The successful technical lead will be industry degree qualified with a minimum of 5 years experience including Analog/Mixed Signal IC design in CMOS.

You will have excellent client-facing and communication skills, have the ability to contribute to a multi-disciplinary team in a constructive and data-driven approach. You will have excellent organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking. Experience is desired in; SOCs, microcontrollers and/or RF.

Excellent communication skills in English with knowledge of the French language an advantage.
