An award-winning dynamic start-up business with focus on photonics based integrated microchips for data centres is looking for an Analog/Mixed Signal IC Design Engineer to join their multinational team based in Berlin. In this position you will work on high speed Analog Mixed IC Designs in CMOS and SiGe-BiCMOS technology including gate logic and block level design. You will also be involved in definition of design methodology and environment control circuits for Analog, Digital and custom synthesized blocks, microcontroller programming as well as ADCs and DACs.

As the successful Analog Mixed Signal IC Designer you are industry degree qualified and have 5+ years of experience from within a similar position in a commercial company with a good understanding of high speed Analog/Mixed Signal and RF IC Design principles using standard IC design tools and also have knowledge of definition, specification as well as testing of digital blocks. Gate, block and chip level layout experience is required in this position as well as basic skills in RTL coding, firmware development and control loops.

Experience in BiCMOS is of advantage to your application being successful.This is a unique opportunity for an Analog/Mixed Signal IC Design Engineer to join a growing start up business in the multicultural capital Germany!Fluent English is essential and German is beneficial to your application.
