Business Change Specialist

Role - Business Change Specialist (Contract)

Location - Cambridge

We are looking for an experienced Business Change Specialist for a 6-month contract (likely to be extended after the initial period) with our multinational client within the Semiconductor sector. The role is based in Cambridge and you will work on projects that span the globe, supporting agile project teams to build consensus for and drive adoption of products that support the entire business not just IT.

As an integral member of the IT business change professional practice you will bridge the gap between the business and the projects to ensure that the people-side of IT change is actively led. You'll support project leaders to create a clear and compelling case for change that resonates with colleagues and leaders. You will be adept at driving change and supporting teams to deliver engagement activities such as validation workshops and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Ideally you will have delivered large-scale IT enabled change programmes in the past which have focused on changes to processes, people, behaviour and culture and any previous experience of Licensing change and/or decommissioning of IP delivery systems would be highly advantageous.

To apply or for more information please contact Seamus Hayes at IC-Resources.
