In the role of Business Development/ Client Services Consultant you will work within the Client Services team developing business with new clients and re-invigorating prior business relationships. You will take responsibility for visiting these clients and understanding their requirements in more depth.

You will take an integral part in developing a long-term client partnership that will deliver opportunities across the IC Resources business within the UK and globally. You will also recruit candidates for your key clients and as such your role will be a hybrid mix of business development, client visits and recruitment.

We are open to candidates with a variety of experience, but strong written and verbal communication skills combined with desire and motivation are a pre-requisite. In addition you should be an enthusiastic team player with the drive to succeed and a flexible working approach.

-You could be a recent graduate looking to start a career in recruitment but looking for more variety and a greater personal customer experience than a traditional 360° consultant role or
-You could be in a Business Development role outside of the recruitment industry, but looking to join a renowned company that truly offer career progression and increased earning potential or
- You could be a 360 / full life cycle recruiter who excels in business development who may be looking to move away from just candidate delivery and focus on identifying and converting new business opportunities at a more strategic stakeholder level.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identifying new opportunities, creating new sales leads and meeting revenue targets.
- Developing/enhancing relationships with existing/past clients with a view to develop long-term recruitment partnerships
- Arranging regular client- facing meetings to develop a more in-depth understanding of client needs and business opportunities globally
-Becoming a partner to technology community and an ambassador of the IC Resources brand
-Proactively resourcing roles for your designated client base
-Communicating effectively with senior management regarding potential areas for growth
