Customer Equipment Engineer

State of the art equipment company is currently searching for a Customer Support Engineer to be based in Grenoble.

The role will involve troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing complex electro optical and mechanical semiconductor equipment. Coordinating with customers to mininize downtime will be required as well as interfacing with technical support.

Required skills for the Customer Equipment Engineer will include:

  • Semiconductor equipment knowledge and experience

  • Good practical skills on electronic, electrical, pneumatic, mechanical assembly

  • Excellent analytical problem solving skills

  • Bachelor's Level Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
