Customer Service Quality Engineer
My client is currently seeking a Customer Service Quality Engineer to join their engineering team based in Southern Germany (North Bavaria).
You will manage the quality agreements between the business and customers, attend customer audits, manage action plans for any issues highlighted and liase between customers and head office regarding any ongoing quality issues.
Skills & Qualifications
* Must hold a degree in Engineering or a Quality related field
* Experience working in an electronic manufacturing environment
* Experience managing multiple projects of varying complexity
* Experience in a Customer Quality role
* Must be Fluent in German & English
